Jihyun Kim

Representative / IPSP Head Director

Hello, I’m Jihyun Kim, Representative and IPSP Head Director at Sleepbetter.Baby. After university in Korea, I began my career as an obstetrics nurse. I moved to Canada in 2015, and the sleepless nights I experienced while raising my own child led me to complete IPSP sleep training training.

Sleepbetter.Baby grew from that personal and professional journey. We now bring the warm, practical education developed with families in Korea to parents in Canada and across North America, always considering the child’s age, temperament, and home rhythm.

Minjung Kim

Co-Representative

Hello, I’m Minjung Kim, Co-Representative at Sleepbetter.Baby. My background in music and education, together with my own parenting experience, led me to study family sleep more deeply. After supporting other mothers and seeing how much a clear explanation can change a family’s night, I completed IPSP sleep training training.

I hope every consultation feels warm enough for parents to speak honestly and clear enough to be useful. We listen first, explain the reason behind each step, and help families choose a routine they can sustain.

Warm guidance, honest expectations, and room to breathe.

Listen with care

Your family’s needs and limits belong in the plan from the very beginning.

Explain with clarity

We make the reason behind each step clear so parents can decide with confidence.

Move at a human pace

Progress can be gentle, gradual, and responsive to a child’s development.

The values guiding every family-facing decision

From a short article to a longer consultation, the same four questions shape the work.

01

Is it understandable?

Families should know what a suggestion means and why it is being considered.

02

Is it respectful?

The child’s signals and the caregiver’s values belong in the conversation.

03

Is it realistic?

A plan must fit the time, energy, and support a family actually has.

04

Can it grow?

Good guidance gives parents a way to adapt when the next stage arrives.
