How do I read an eBook?
Sign in, open My library, and choose your guide. The reader opens in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
How long can I read the guide?
Your purchased guide includes unlimited online reading with no expiry date. This also applies to existing eligible purchases. Sign in with the account used at checkout; an internet connection is required.
Can I download or print the books?
This service is designed for online reading. A downloadable or printable edition is not included. You will need an internet connection to open your guide.
Is this a subscription?
No. The English PDF reading guide is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring membership fees. The product page and checkout show the price and currency before payment.
I already bought a guide. Can I still read it?
Yes. Sign in with the account used for your purchase. Existing eligible purchases now include unlimited access. Unpaid, cancelled, failed and refunded orders do not grant access. Contact support if your guide is missing.
Are consultations or live classes included?
The English service is focused on eBook reading. Consultations and live classes are not included in the reading-guide purchase.
Where can I find the Korean website?
The original Korean website remains available at sleepbetterbaby.kr. Korean purchases and accounts are managed separately from this English website.
How can I get help?
Visit Contact us for the support email. For an access issue, include the title and your order number, but never send your password or card details.
