BRAND

Sleepbetter.Baby

Sleep training that feels warm, clear, and possible

Sleepbetter.Baby began in Korea with a simple belief: families deserve sleep training that feels clear, warm, and possible to use at home.

Our Canada and North America service carries that same age-based approach into English-speaking family life. Every current consultant has completed the internationally certified U.S. IPSP sleep training specialist course and continues with updated education each year.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all answer, we listen carefully, explain the reason behind each step, and help parents build routines that respect the child’s development, temperament, and home rhythm.

Sleepbetter.Baby was created for families who want calmer nights and more confidence in the day-to-day rhythm of raising a baby or toddler.

We combine professional sleep training with parent-centered coaching, translating evidence-informed concepts into language and steps that feel easy to follow at home.

From newborn foundations to toddler sleep transitions, our work is rooted in warmth, clarity, and respect for each child’s development.

A Korean Canadian family sharing a calm morning together

Sleep training should make family life feel more understandable.

A difficult night rarely belongs to one isolated moment. We look at the child’s stage, the shape of the day, the sleep environment, and the caregiver’s capacity before suggesting a next step.

  • Clear explanations before recommendations
  • Practical choices that can fit ordinary family life
  • Room to observe, review, and adjust without shame

Four promises behind every guide and conversation

These principles keep the experience warm, useful, and centered on the family using it.

01

See the whole child

Age matters, but so do temperament, development, health context, and recent change.

02

Make the reason visible

Parents deserve to understand why a suggestion may help before deciding whether it fits.

03

Keep the plan livable

A useful routine must work on real evenings, including the tired and imperfect ones.

04

Adapt as children grow

Sleep needs change. Guidance should be reviewed rather than followed as a permanent script.
